I have been working as a physio since 1998 and have a wide and varied experience in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy in both the NHS and for the last twenty years in the private sector.

I have attended a wide range of post graduate courses including Pilates(APPI) and those run by the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine and am also a credentialed McKenzie therapist for the treatment of spinal conditions.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, PhysioFirst and The Healthcare Professional Council.
